CYRUSONE SIGNS NEW LEASE WITHIN THE DISTRICT OF HARWOOD

Global real estate development firm Harwood International recently announced a lease in its Harwood District with CyrusOne (NASDAQ: CONE). The real estate investment trust is moving its world headquarters to 49,809 RSF on levels 20 through 22 at Harwood No. 10. Hannah Waidmann and Kelly Whaley of Harwood International negotiated the lease with David Wetherington and Chelsea Story of Colliers International.

Designed by Dallas-based HDF, Harwood No. 10 will open its doors this winter. The Class AA office tower features 220,548 RSF of office and “La Rue Perdue,” a European-style alleyway consisting of over 14,000 RSF of retail and restaurant spaces with adjacent gardens and outdoor seating. Gardens are continued on the 10th, 16th and 17th levels featuring floor to ceiling glass with expansive views. The building is topped off with 10,411 square feet of boutique office penthouse space and two private green roof gardens providing 360 views of the city. Harwood No. 10 is the tenth out of 18 phases planned by Harwood International.
